Welcome to Agape Healing Power.org Pilot Site

Serving the needs of the justice involved and re-entry orgs community (JIROC) is our primary mission. We offer multiple program services designed to connect equip, and support the justice involved and all our re-entry partners, associates and vendors. We love to collaborate together to deliver effective- high impact programs and resources that provide long-term sustainable solutions to those in need.

Our three primary service goals are:

1. Reduce recidivism via education, employment, housing and life skills development.

2. Support transformative healing of trauma into overcomer's strength and freedom.

3.Empower JIROC to become an integrated community of pro-social members on a national level.

Thank you for your time and interest in participating in our one (1) year, California-wide, 'Program Resource Matching' from July-24 to July-25. our AHP team is a diverse group of seasoned professionals with one common intention: To provide a national, best practice, 'Holistic' reentry support program for every justice involved and paroling individual. The AHP 'Program Resource Matching' has three (3) focused activities.

1. To conduct a detailed customer discovery survey and comprehensive needs assessment review of exactly "WHAT" the justice involved need to prepare and then to parole successfully into their families and communities, as a positive- productive member of society.

2. To review existing pain points and barriers to reentry program support. Then, to develop best practice- evidence based measured solutions on "HOW" to deliver programs and resources directly to those in need via in-reach and out-reach services

3. To deliver long term sustainable support solutions that effectively reduces recidivism and interconnects, empowers and equips each community and reentry org on a grassroots national level.

AHP's California-wide 'program resource matching' pilot service begins July 1st. of 2024 and runs until July 30th.of 2025. * * AHP is collaborating with select reentry program resource orgs to deliver best practice - evidence based measure program resources for Justice Involved parole-planning and implementation that enables long-term, pro-social community integration. * * AHP's 'program resource matching' pilot service enables Justice Involved and paroling individuals to conduct a detailed reentry planning need assessment to receive specific program resources for each community - county of parole. * * Justice Involved pilot participants will receive ongoing reentry org support, mentoring, counseling and advocacy referrals as needed during parole. Reentry orgs will receive best practice guidelines, evidence based measure outcome data with active support reports and pilot performance metrics reports.
